Private Equity VP

About the role

The Vice President will join BrainWorks' Healthcare Services team, focusing on physician practice management, behavioral health, care management, outpatient rehabilitation, home health & hospice, and post-acute care. This role is fully remote with the potential for occasional in-office work in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-quality candidates for healthcare service-focused private equity investments.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling candidate pitches to clients.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in executive search or related field.
• A strong understanding of the healthcare services sector, including physician practice management, behavioral health, care management, outpatient rehabilitation, home health & hospice, and post-acute care.
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and networking events.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with private equity firms and/or healthcare service companies preferred.
• Knowledge of the healthcare services industry, including regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Commensurate with experience.
