- 4–7 years of relevant experience
- Strong background representing private equity sponsors in M&A and investment deal
- Experience in the energy industry sector preferred
- Solid deal management and leadership skills
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Stellar academic credentials and large law firm training
