Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence and analyze confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and supporting deal documentation to evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Draft, review, and refine Investment Committee (IC) memos and Board Decks to support decision-making processes for high-impact deals.
  • Navigate complex public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents to ensure thorough investment evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to monitor task progress and identify key errors in deal processes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in managing confidential and sensitive information throughout the deal lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Strong relevant experience in private equity or a combination of private equity and investment banking at the Associate or Analyst level.
  • Possess expertise in reviewing public filings, conducting M&A or financing transactions, and preparing CIMs/SIMs and due diligence materials.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency with Investment Committee memos and Board Decks, including structuring and presenting complex information clearly.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft precise and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Have a disciplined, organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously, with unwavering attention to detail.
