About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to support clients in Seminole and Orange counties. This role involves providing personal care, household support, and companion care services to help adults remain safe and independent at home.

Responsibilities

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you will provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services.
• Develop close relationships with clients and assist with activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, meal preparation and feeding, range of motion/exercises, assisting with ambulation, medication reminders, and more.

Requirements

• HHA Certificate of 75 Hours or CNA License
• CPR Certificate from an in-person class
• A current Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
• One year of work experience - any company, any industry!
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
