Private Duty RN Clinical Manager

About the role

The Nursing Supervisor of Private Duty oversees business and program development, implements strategic plans, ensures compliance with company and regulatory policies, and supervises patient care services. They also train staff on client-specific needs and conduct supervisory visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business and program development
• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans for the agency
• Take responsibility for business growth, coordinating with the marketing team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure State and Federal regulatory compliance as it pertains to Private Duty
• Oversee patient care services delivered
• Train staff on client specific needs
• Conduct supervisory visits to ensure clients' needs are being met

Requirements

• Possess a Registered Nurse License in the state of Michigan
• Certified
• Proof of Negative TB testing
• Minimum of two (2) years of Home Health Care Leadership experience
• Demonstrate good communication and public relations skills
• Show strong leadership and communication skills
