Private Duty Pediatric RN or LVN Dallas and Surrounding Areas

About the role

Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one nursing care to children ages 1‑21 with tracheostomies, ventilators, and gastrostomy tubes.
• Build meaningful relationships with the child and family while monitoring progress.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, evenings, and weekends.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and receive 24/7 support.

Requirements

• Current RN or LVN license (Texas).
• Willingness to learn specialized pediatric skills; pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Licensed RN or LVN able to provide in‑home care and adapt to a variable schedule.

Skills

• Ventilator, tracheostomy, and gastrostomy tube care (training provided).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for family‑centered care.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
