About the role
Join a leading home healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive clinical outcomes
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes
- Adapting schedules to accommodate full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
Qualifications and Skills
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the practice state (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days)
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience—new graduates are not accepted
- Reliable transportation
