Responsibilities Include Providing high-quality home healthcare to pediatric and adult patients in various locations.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.Utilizing electronic documentation through provided tablets in each patient’s home.Supporting patients with compassionate, personalized care. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience; new graduates are not accepted.Current CPR certification with hands-on component.TB skin test within the last 12 months.Reliable transportation is required.
