Private Duty Nurse (RN) – Concierge In-Home Care | Flexible Schedule | 1099 | Austin

About the role

Take control of your schedule, your clients, and your income with high-end private duty care in Austin, TX 78703. As an Independent Contractor (1099) with flexible/PRN hours, you provide in-home, client-specific care. Concierge Nursing Referral Services (a specialized branch of TheKey) empowers elite clinicians to escape hospital burnout and take back control of their time, career, and income by connecting top-tier RNs and LPNs with discerning VIP clients who require high-end, personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
