Private Duty Nurse (RN) – Concierge Home Health | Night Shifts | Naples

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home
• Execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted under a client's plan of care
• Counsel clients and family in meeting nursing and related needs
• Meet all documentation requirements according to agency policy and procedure
• Coordinate services by participating in case conferences, case management, team meetings, and staff meetings as indicated
• Administer administrative functions such as documenting task completion and reporting changes in the client’s condition

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS required
• Experience in placing peripheral IV's, accessing ports, and working with PICC lines required
• Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations
• Basic computer skills
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Pay
