Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must transfer within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available if needed).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
