Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN)

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one evening homecare for patients in Northern York County.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care based on the physician’s plan
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Accurately document care activities
• Educate patients and families on health needs
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
• Respond to changes in patient status

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN/RN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication
• Reliable transportation

Homecare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
