About the role
We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private duty nursing care in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care per the physician's plan
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Respond to changes in patient conditions
- Create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a home environment
- Previous homecare or private duty nursing experience is preferred but not required
