Private Duty Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, skilled home healthcare to diverse patient populations.
• Achieve outstanding clinical outcomes through collaborative teamwork and adherence to care plans.
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 60 days if applicable).
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; assistance available post-hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
