Responsibilities
- Manage complex medical conditions such as Trach, G-tube, Seizure, Wound Care, Cerebral Palsy, and Catheter care
- Adapt care plans to meet patient needs
- Deliver personalized patient care
- Monitor health status and document progress
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Nursing licensure
- Clinical experience with pediatric or fragile patients
- Strong clinical skills
- Compassion and excellent communication abilities
