About the role

Join a compassionate homecare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). You will provide clinical care for pediatric patients, primarily toddlers with low acuity and GTube needs, ensuring outstanding patient outcomes through compassionate and empathetic care.

You will utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes and collaborate with a team to deliver personalized home healthcare services.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

Preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience.
