Qualifications & Skills Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable).Current CPR certification with hands-on component.TB skin test within the last 12 months.Reliable transportation is required.Prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
