About the role
Join a compassionate homecare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), providing quality nursing care to pediatric patients with low acuity needs, including GTube management.
Responsibilities
- Delivering patient-centered care in home settings
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive clinical outcomes
- Supporting patients and families with empathy and professionalism
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
