Private Duty LVN (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes
• Perform assessments, medication administration, ventilator and tracheostomy management, and wound care
• Monitor and document patient status accurately
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to follow individualized care plans
• Educate caregivers to ensure patient safety, comfort, and independence

Qualifications & Skills

Compassionate and patient-focused with clinical proficiency in skilled nursing procedures. Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Willingness to learn and adapt within a supportive environment.
