Private Duty LVN

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes for pediatric and adult patients with complex needs
• Perform ongoing assessments, administer medications, and deliver treatments
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each patient
• Support families through education and guidance on patient care
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to patient needs
