About the role
Providing skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Administer prescribed treatments
- Monitor signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes
- Document patient data
Qualifications
- Valid LVN license in the practice state
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- BLS certification
- Preferably one year of professional nursing experience

- Conduct thorough assessments
- Analyze health data
- Deliver personalized nursing services in compliance with prescribed orders
