LVN Private Duty

About the role

Providing skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Administer prescribed treatments
• Monitor signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes
• Document patient data

Qualifications

• Valid LVN license in the practice state
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray
• BLS certification
• Preferably one year of professional nursing experience

• Conduct thorough assessments
• Analyze health data
• Deliver personalized nursing services in compliance with prescribed orders
