Private Duty LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct patient care in home settings. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing services within scope of practice, document patient visits accurately, participate in care coordination, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team, and ensure infection control procedures are followed. Qualifications: Current and unrestricted LPN licensure, valid driver's license, vehicle access or public transportation. Preferred Skills: CPR certification, flexibility, multitasking, independence, strong communication, organization skills. This role involves working under supervision to coordinate patient care, record clinical notes, and adapt to various home environments to meet patient needs.
