About the Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, personalized nursing care to pediatric patients in a homecare setting
• Ensure positive clinical outcomes through individualized care plans
• Document care electronically using patient tablets
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high-quality care standards

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification (training assistance available)
• TB skin test completed within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
