Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the Private Duty Home Care agency
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
• Lead recruitment, training, and evaluation of home care staff
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and service quality
• Manage patient care services and ensure high client satisfaction
• Coordinate with marketing to enhance community outreach and referral sources
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient care documentation and records
• Provide hands-on patient care when necessary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years leadership experience in home health care or related field
• Current Registered Nurse license or equivalent clinical background preferred
• Strong knowledge of home health care regulations and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to compassionate and patient-centered care
