Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the Private Duty Home Care agency
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
- Lead recruitment, training, and evaluation of home care staff
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and service quality
- Manage patient care services and ensure high client satisfaction
- Cookordination with marketing to enhance community outreach and referral sources
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient care documentation and records
- Provide hands-on patient care when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of Home Health Care Leadership experience
- Demonstrate good communication and public relations skills
- Show strong leadership and communication skills
