Position: Companion – Per Diem (Evenings, and Weekends)
Location: Galleria Woods Senior Living
Pay Rate: Starting at $12.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Help with daily activities
- Offer companionship
- Assist with errands
- Shopping
- Light housekeeping (like laundry and tidying)
- Pet care
- Transportation
- Home organization
Requirements
- Experience preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
- Drive residents to appointments and shopping.
- Ability to read and follow care instructions and document services provided accurately.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward residents and their unique needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass background check
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Patience and empathy
- Basic computer skills (for scheduling and record-keeping)
