Responsibilities

• Assist individuals and families with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques
• Create and administer family offices
• Administer, decant, and modify trusts
• Administer complex estates
• Plan with respect to business interests, art, and often unusual assets
• Analyze complex transfer tax issues
• Handle tax controversy matters before the Internal Revenue Service

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant transactional experience in trust and estate planning and administration
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• LL.M. in tax preferred but not required

Pay

$365,000 to $420,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
