Private Client Producer

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect for Affluent and High Net Worth clients based on local networks, connections, and communities.
• Support by the HUB International corporate office and regional offices with the opportunity to create your own entrepreneurial journey.
• Ensure client satisfaction by being the cornerstone of our superior customer service.
• Develop Centers of Influence and Lead Source Partners through networking and marketing – Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Wealth Managers, etc.
• Generate and pursue new client opportunities.
• Present our services and solutions at prospect meetings.
• Bring new business prospects to closure.
• Retain clients by maintaining solid business-to-business relationships.

Job Requirements

• Independent self-starter capable of selling and developing strong High Net Worth relationships.
• Confident professionals comfortable with cold-calling, networking, and developing new business.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Maintain an existing referral network and centers of influence.
• Maintain a Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License.
