Private Client Producer

About You
Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
PREFERRED: Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
Behaviors: Act independently with minimal direction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and work with centers of influence.
Compensation And Benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
