Private Client Advisor II

This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening client relationships, and building upon an internal and external network to achieve business development goals. Key responsibilities include leading the Client Management Process and partnering across the enterprise to provide a Branded Client Experience, including access to the full array of Private Bank and the bank's capabilities and services to meet specific client needs. This position ensures retention of clients and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Client Process Management Process within the client team to identify new business development opportunities
- Source new clients in alignment with the bank's established risk appetite
- Lead the client team to deliver meaningful interactions and a Branded Client Experience
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy, being responsive to changes in the business environment and/or with client needs
- Advocate for clients and prospects as their trusted advisor, providing integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management
- Encourage use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience
- Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence
Requirements
- 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience OR equivalent financial services/business experience
- Responsible for driving new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets)
- Present to clients a holistic approach, leveraging the entire Private Bank platform
- Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required (may gain licenses after start—unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date)

Qualifications
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred
- CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD a significant plus
Pay
Pay range $100,000.00 - $275,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan, which may include monthly, quarterly, and/or annual incentive opportunities based on performance against defined metrics.
