About the role
The main purpose of this job is to support the Private Client Advisors who are accountable for the delivery of wealth management advisory services to high net worth clients of Commerce Trust.
Responsibilities
- Perform service and fulfillment activities to meet the needs and expectations of Commerce Trust clients
- Act as an additional point of contact within the client relationship team for clients and act as the backup contact for clients in the PCAs absence
- Assist with account administration, document review, fund transfers, discretionary actions, and coordination for tax preparations with minimal supervision
- Maintain a professional presence and approach with a strong desire to exceed client expectations
- Identify opportunities for expansion of relationships with existing clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of wealth management services and products
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills and the ability to work independently
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Associate degree in related field preferred
- 2+ years of office experience required
- Financial institution experience preferred
- Open to continuing education and development with desire to expand responsibilities
Pay
Compensation range: $23.80 - $27.65 per hour (based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies).
