Private Caregiver / Elevate Support Specialist

About the role

Responsible for providing high-quality care and support services to clients in their homes. Duties include assisting with daily activities, medication management, and ensuring client safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Monitor and administer medications as prescribed
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities
• Ensure home safety and security
• Document client progress and communicate with caregivers and family members

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
• Passing background check and criminal history review
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Proficiency in using medical equipment
