Base Pay Range
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range.
For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Minimum Base Pay Range
- $123,750.00 USD
- Maximum $225,000.00 USD
Responsibilities
The Private Banker is responsible for delivering a high-touch and superior service experience to a portfolio of affluent clientele who have a minimum of $4MM in liquid/investable assets.
As the main point of contact for the client, the Banker's primary responsibility is to adopt a proactive and disciplined approach to expanding and retaining existing relationships and acquiring new clients.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in wealth management or banking, preferably in a private banking or advisory capacity.
- Knowledge of financial products and services relevant to high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to company policies.
