Private Bank Data and Insights Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities

• Compensation plan support & execution
• Performance scorecard support & execution
• Project and meeting execution including Area reviews, Region Reviews, Talent Assessment, etc.
• Business and performance report production

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (required)
• Tableau or Business Intelligence tool experience
• Ability to learn and develop technical skills independently and through peers (required)
• Able to complete tasks with moderate to limited supervision (required)
• Effective oral and written communication skills (required)
• Able to interpret and explain data findings and communicate data driven stories (required)

Exempt Status

(Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
