Privacy & Cyber Associate

About the role

The role offers exposure to high-profile privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection matters, including regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, litigation, and strategic counselling.

Responsibilities

• Advising on privacy and data security issues, government investigations, or related regulatory matters.
• Managing complex client matters in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience.
• Experience with U.S. and international privacy laws and enforcement regimes preferred.
• A strong interest in technology and how emerging technologies impact privacy and cybersecurity issues highly desirable.
• CIPP certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
