Privacy and AI Operations Manager

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational management of company's Privacy and AI governance programs
• Coordinate privacy governance forums and ensure effective communication
• Support risk assessment development and regulatory readiness activities
• Monitor program effectiveness and identify opportunities for governance improvement
• Develop and execute privacy and AI training and awareness programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in Privacy, Risk Management, or related fields
• Experience leading enterprise-wide programs with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Experience developing metrics and dashboards

Pay

$112,000 – $175,000 annually
