Data Privacy and Responsible AI Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Data Privacy and Responsible AI Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide privacy risk management and responsible AI governance across enterprise processes and systems. You will partner closely with Legal, Security, IT, and other stakeholders to strengthen compliance, support incident response, and advance data protection practices. The position combines regulatory privacy expertise with practical oversight of emerging AI-related governance in a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess privacy risks across enterprise processes and systems
• Provide risk-based guidance on data management practices
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
• Review and evaluate Data Processing Agreements and privacy-related contract terms
• Collaborate with Enterprise Security on privacy risk assessments and incident responses
• Apply global privacy laws and support compliance reviews
• Support the implementation of the responsible AI governance program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in privacy, compliance, information security, risk management, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
• Experience reviewing Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and contractual clauses related to privacy
• Strong knowledge of global privacy regulations and principles
• Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
