Key Responsibilities
- Lead capture planning and execution for major priority pursuits.
- Develop capture plans, win themes, competitive analysis, risk assessments, and resource strategies.
- Prioritize pursuit strategy, competitive positioning, and client positioning.
- Guide proposal reviews, interview preparation, and internal debriefs.
- Mentor technical staff and support pursuit teams in applying capture best practices.
- Drive coordination across internal stakeholders to maintain pursuit momentum and readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5-7 years of industry experience in capture, proposal leadership, or business development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex pursuits and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and communication skills.
