Priority Care Specialist - Guaranteed Hours

Responsibilities
The Priority Care Specialist provides direct in-home care services for clients that may be new, need a fill-in, or have varied diagnoses and needs that require an experienced caregiver, as well as supporting and onboarding new caregivers. They are assigned required days and hours of availability for their branch and must be available to accept client shifts. They receive at least 2 hours’ notice of a pending shift within their hours of availability in order for the shift to be required for them to accept. If these requirements are met, they are guaranteed at least 30 hours of work per week; if they do not receive at least 30 work hours per week, they will be paid for any remaining gap in hours up to their 30‑hour per week guarantee.
Schedule
- PCS 1 – Sunday through Thursday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
- PCS 2 – Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
- PCS 3 – Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
Pay
$26 per hour
