About the role
Prioritize patient care by facilitating timely prior authorization processes for medical services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with insurance regulations.
- Manage and update patient records in real-time to streamline the authorization process.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve authorization issues and ensure coverage.
- Monitor and report on authorization trends to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or insurance processing.
- Strong understanding of healthcare policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
