Printshop Fabricator

What To Expect

The Printshop Fabricator supports the production, fabrication, and installation of signage and environmental graphics within the print shop. This role focuses on hands-on production and installation while working closely with designers and the Lead Printshop Fabricator to ensure high-quality output and efficient project execution.

What You'll Do

• Operate large-format printers, cutting, and finishing equipment to produce signage and graphics
• Perform fabrication tasks including, printing, trimming, laminating, mounting, and weeding
• Install signage and graphics including wall graphics, window film, and wayfinding signage across company facilities
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the print shop and equipment
• Support inventory tracking of printing media, inks, laminates, and other shop materials
• Collaborate with designers and team members to ensure files are production-ready and meet quality standards

What You'll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in a print shop, sign shop, or large-format printing environment
• Experience operating HP 500 & HP 800W wide format printers, Graphtec Vinyl Cutter, Industrial laminator, mounting table and has ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Experience installing signage or environmental graphics
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and RIP software (FlexiSIgns, Onyx Rip)

Expected Compensation $20.20 - $41.52/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
