What You'll Do
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial printing and decorating equipment
- Set up and run production jobs while maintaining production schedules
- Ensure accurate print registration, image alignment, and color consistency
- Maintain product quality throughout production runs
- Perform routine inspections, equipment adjustments, and preventive maintenance
- Quickly identify and resolve print quality and equipment issues
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of machine operating or industrial equipment experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to identify print quality defects and registration issues
- Ability to successfully pass a color vision test
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Printing press, decorating, or graphic production experience
- Flexographic, offset, or packaging print experience
- Experience operating high-speed manufacturing equipment
- Preventive maintenance experience
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Technical or vocational training in manufacturing or industrial technology
Additional Information
- Schedule: 12-Hour Shift
- Preferred Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Additional overtime may be available based on production needs
