Position Overview

We are seeking a Print Production Specialist to oversee the end-to-end process of print production. This role ensures all printed materials meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and align with brand guidelines.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with team members to meet print deadlines and production goals
  • Ensure print materials meet quality and brand standards
  • Prepare files for print, ensuring they meet necessary specifications
  • Select appropriate materials and printing techniques
  • Achieve color accuracy and consistency across materials
  • Operate large format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment to produce high-quality signage, case cards, and display materials
  • Mount printed graphics onto various substrates with precision and care
  • Cut case cards and other printed materials to exact specifications using manual and automated cutting tools
  • Prepare, package, and label finished products for delivery or installation
  • Assist with on-site installations, ensuring signage is securely mounted and visually perfect
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace to ensure safety, efficiency, and consistent quality
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing flawless work
  • Ability to read and follow production specs, measurements, and design proofs accurately
  • Familiarity with materials like vinyl, foam board, acrylic, and adhesives
  • Comfort using hand tools, cutting equipment, and mounting machinery
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move signage materials (typically up to 50 lbs.) and work on ladders when needed
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Understanding of print specifications
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized; detail oriented
  • Multi-tasking and stress management skills are essential for this position

  • Base Compensation Range: $20-$24
