Print Production Specialist

About the role

SpeedPro Imaging of Dallas is a large format digital print STUDIO specializing in custom production of large format, high-resolution graphics. We design, print, and install a wide variety of media to create stunning point of purchase signage, event graphics, trade show displays/exhibits, posters, wall murals, retail window films/graphics, vehicle wraps, outdoor banners and more. We work with clients to elevate their visual communications and provide the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and quality.

Responsibilities

• All aspects day-to-day printing, laminating and finishing processes
• Clean and maintain printing, plotter and lamination equipment
• Quality control, packing and shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized print and production environment
• Address last-minute pivots for client rush jobs and work as part of a team

Requirements

• Experience with large format printers, laminators and vinyl cutting is a plus, but not required
• Intuitive, proactive, and open to continuous training and learning new things
• Coachable, works well in a small team environment, mechanically intuitive, and able to learn software technologies
• Fast mover with a sense of urgency, prioritizes and completes multiple tasks simultaneously, pays attention to detail, prevents waste, and has a "can-do" attitude
• Experience with flatbed/roll to roll printers, CNC router, plotter, laminators and ADA signage is a plus
• Strong attention to detail fused with great multi-tasking ability, self-motivated, able to work independently, creative thinker, problem solver, and willing to learn and follow instructions

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds multiple times daily
• Full-time "in-person/on-site" position with occasional night and/or weekend work for rush (and/or large) jobs/projects
