Print Production Packout

About the role

The Packout team member for Middlestreet Graphics provides assistance to the Packout lead with the assembly, packing, and quality control of projects and organizing the distribution of graphic and display production jobs so that the company can meet its production profitability goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepares finished goods (e.g. signs, POP displays, banners, shelf talkers, fleet graphics) for pack out to other locations according to job specific standards.
• Set up and run a pack out line making necessary adjustments to ensure the highest level of productivity.
• Work with and lead associates as well as temporary workers to establish a team environment.
• Organizes products and materials (e.g. equipment and raw materials) to facilitate storage and shipment according to established company standards (e.g. items being stored safely).
• Assists in the preparation of POS materials using related equipment (e.g. printers, cutters, laminators) and assembles final materials according to standards.
• Performs print quality control as well as assembly and kit packing quality control on jobs
