Print Production Associate (Part-time)

About The Role
The Print Production Associate (Part-time) is a central part of the Print Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience using internet-based software and possess excellent customer service skills. The candidate must also be extremely flexible with their day-to-day responsibilities. The Print Production Associate should have a general knowledge of warehouse duties. Familiarity with Windows-based computers, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time is also required.
Responsibilities
- Sorting orders – responsible for verification of order print completion; quality control check
- Sealing orders – responsible for operating high pressure sealers and verifying document quality
- Packaging orders – responsible for properly packaging completed orders for shipping, verifying quality seals are in place
- Shipping orders – responsible for exterior packaging and confirmation of shipping information for each courier service
- Work collectively to complete weekly tasks, including inventory, preventative maintenance, tracking operational daily stats, and other functions
This is a permanent part-time opportunity that requires reporting to the print shop every Tuesday and Wednesday.
Requirements
- Must be organized, proactive, and independent to meet all required time frames and commitments
- Expected to work overtime as required during any calendar quarter-end and year-end job assignments
- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment – communication and ethics are key
- Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel experience
- Experience using FedEx and UPS shipment manager applications preferred
- Must be able to stand, walk, twist, and/or bend throughout duration of shift and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to work in a production environment
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HP and Xerox Printers is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
- Experience using internet-based software
- 1-2 years previous print experience preferred
Pay
The pay range for this position is $29,100 to $41,850. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
