About the role

Print Ops Tech I position located in Pensacola, FL, on a contract basis. This full-time onsite role involves operating in a warehouse environment to manage high-volume print production tasks, maintaining equipment, performing bindery functions, and ensuring timely delivery of print projects. Familiarity with general office software and print technology is essential. Work includes exposure to loud machinery and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver scheduled and on-demand print projects.
• Receive and prioritize print orders based on size, complexity, and deadlines.
• Access and run print-ready files using appropriate materials and equipment.
• Perform bindery functions such as cutting, folding, and binding as required.
• Ensure quality standards and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements

• Experience operating and maintaining bindery equipment.
• Basic knowledge of printing and bindery functions.
• Ability to interpret print specifications and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
