About the role
The Print and Mail Service Representative will cover different customer accounts supporting the print production department. This role involves customer service, job entry, operating basic copier equipment, and maintaining reporting logs. Extended coverage at accounts may be required for special projects or unforeseen circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and fulfill intermediate contracted customer requirements.
- Operate office copiers (print, mail functions).
- Perform quality inspection before, during, and after output of each production run.
- Problem-solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs.
- Maintain reporting logs and information for billing.
- Distribute supplies as required.
- Organize files, emails, and production schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills and adaptability to learn print production workflow.
- Functional knowledge of a PC, including Microsoft Office, web browsing, sending/receiving emails, managing files, and performing data entry.
- Ability to learn multiple tasks at accounts and continue daily operations when main operator(s) are out.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
