Responsibilities
- Assembles and adjusts printing machines to ensure proper operation.
- Loads paper onto the printing cylinders and sets cutter lengths.
- Monitors and adjusts print weights, solids, and viscosity to meet shop planner specifications.
- Fills out solid sheets, log sheets, and charts with accurate information.
- Records material usage and completes shop work orders with setup checklists and sign-offs.
- Disposes of scrap node bond adhesive in accordance with hazardous waste protocols.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Good math skills
- One or two years of related experience and/or training
- Acceptable Spirometry Test results
- Able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.
- English reading and verbal communication skills sufficient to understand company procedures and policies
- Flexible to work shifts, overtime, and weekends/holidays
Qualifications
- High School Diploma

- One or Two Years of Related Experience
