Print Finisher

Location: Gordonsville, VA
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role

FM Expressions is looking for a Finisher I to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. As a Finisher, you will prepare high-quality products for shipment while supporting the overall production flow. Additional responsibilities across the facility may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and supplies for assigned production jobs.
• Apply heat transfers to garments and ensure proper layout and placement.
• Fold, steam, sticker, prepack, and box products to prepare for shipment.
• Build pallets and organize products according to shipping requirements.
• Troubleshoot or report any production issues to leads or supervisors.
• Keep work areas clean and organized by following the 6S workplace system.
• Follow all safety protocols and proper machine operating procedures.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned across the production floor.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain focus on quality.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable with bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for long periods.
• Positive attitude with professional and respectful communication skills.
• Ability to visually inspect details, including small print and fine garment work.
